This modern condo kitchen remodel straddles the line between trendy and classic. Making use of both contemporary styles and industrial elements, this kitchen pays tribute to the neighborhood’s charms while still looking very modern.
In this beautiful condo in the South Loop, we worked with the client to renovate the whole place. We worked with Studio 41 to create a new kitchen with quality grey shakers. We renovated the bathroom to create transitional design combining rustic wood elements with modern porcelain tile. In the living room, we created a brick wall with floating shelves and a new fireplace. We inserted lighting in the shelves to add attention to the shelves displays. Besides that, we replaced the floors and walls painted to match the new home style.
Chicago isn’t known for spacious bathrooms, especially in older areas like Ravenswood. But we’re experts in using every inch of a condo’s limited footprint. With that determination, this mini master bath now has a full vanity, shower, and soaking tub with room to spare.
This transitional kitchen feature undermount sink, wine cabinets, white cabinets and counters, stainless steel appliances and an custom royal blue island.
This project feature master and guest contemporary bathrooms that were renovated with white and stone tile, undermount sink, dark wood cabinets, marble countertops, a one-piece toilet, a porcelain tub and a hinged shower door.
In this bathroom, we replaced all of the tile with black and white hexagon mosaic and white subway. All of the fixtures have cleaner lines, from the pedestal sink and lighting, to the new walk in shower which replaced the tub. Floating shelves (including a glass one in the shower) provide storage without cluttering this small space. The final bathroom is minimalist without being boring, simple, clean, and roomier than expected.
Our Gold Coast Condo Renovation project resulted in creating open space removing dividing wall installation of quartz stone island. The hi-rise condo unit consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom was a gut removal and complete condo remodel.
We transformed this small kitchen with transitional design: a hexagon mosaic backsplash adds depth and interest, especially as it contrasts against the polo blue-gray cabinets, milkstone countertops and elegant cooktop.
At this beautiful apartment we worked on getting a traditional look through deep cherry colors and big traditional crown molding. We made sure to keep the classic through the living room to the office and the dinning area. The ceiling light adds some modern look to the space and creates the perfect transitional look to this amazing condo.
This Magnificent Mile condo remodel was a total unit gut rehab. Included were bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and bedroom renovations and new flooring installation.
Flooring was replaced throughout the condo. For the bedroom, old closets were removed and redesigned. The original bedroom walls were resurfaced, doors replaced and new carpeting was installed.
