Condo Remodeling in South Loop

In this beautiful condo in the Chicago South Loop, 123 Remodeling team worked with the client to renovate the whole place. In cooperation with Studio41 they built a new kitchen with quality grey shakers. 123 Remodeling renovated the bathroom to create a transitional design combining rustic wood elements with modern porcelain tile. In the living room, designers added a brick wall with floating wooden shelves and a new fireplace. 123 Remodeling team embedded lighting into the shelves to add attention to the displays and mix natural elements with a modern look. Besides, they replaced the floors with dark hardwood and painted walls in sky-blue color to match the new home style.
