Reviews from our customers
“It was time to remodel my kitchen. I went with 123 Remodeling because of their impressive portfolio, and the interaction I had with the sales rep when he came over to go over pricing options. The installation team was very nice, clean and they did a fantastic job. They built a new island with a quartz countertop and integrated appliances while replacing flooring and cabinets. It turned out better than expected!”

“Everything turned out exactly as planned. Could not have worked with a better group to work with. Instant return on investment for my condo.”
Tim, condo remodel in Irving Park, Chicago
“As we were just beginning to plan the renovation of our kitchen, I could tell it was going to be a lot more work than we originally thought. We knew that the process would involve some moving of walls and floors, but as soon as they got started with construction – it quickly became clear this wouldn’t be an easy remodel! They left no mess on the floor or any other surface at all. The entire process went smoothly—we had no hiccups along the way. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have ever imagined, and on time too! We are so happy with how everything turned out, thanks to 123 Remodeling!”

“I moved into a condo that needed a lot of work done to it. Gave me a clear estimate, we discussed a price that was reasonable. We couldn’t believe how fast you guys work. The bathroom looks great and it happened much quicker than we thought it would. 123 Remodeling was the only company to sit and explain the warranty and licensing out of all the companies.”
Carolyn, bathroom remodel in Edgewater, Chicago
“The day I had a bathroom remodel done was the most stressful day of my life. The walls were so old, it was like they weren't there at all. My family and friends told me that I should go with 123 Remodeling to get the job done because they have great reviews for their work. When Lior came to give an estimate, he asked me what style I prefer and demonstrated a few designs that were close to my vision. He also showed me pictures of other baths that they've worked on which really helped with making decisions about tile colors and patterns, things I never would have thought about before talking this stuff over with him. After we finished talking he quoted me a price which seemed fair enough considering how big of a project”

“So very happy that the work looks awesome. It’s not only designed well, but it’s very functional, so props to 123 for really going on this journey with us.”

“123 Remodeling had done a lot of work in my building and I noticed they were working on one of the units. It was being gut rehabbed by them, so I decided to go talk with their manager about doing my own unit. He came out and we chatted for a while as he walked me through what all needs to be taken care of, including how much it would cost. We then went into his office where we sat down at his desk and did an estimate right there. At that point, I knew they were going to do great work!”

“I spent a lot of time in my kitchen. It's where I cook and do all the cleaning. But recently, when I was cooking, I hit my back hard because there wasn't enough room for me to move around in it. That's why I called 123 Remodeling to come out and do a remodel for me. The sales rep was really nice, he explained what they would be doing step by step so that everything made sense with no surprises once they got here. They took the island out and replaced it with counters that were lower to make it easier on my knees when standing up from bending over them while working on the stovetop or washing dishes.”

“We had been living in our house for years and wanted to finally renovate the guest bathroom. The work was a giant pain, but it went by quickly because we used 123 Remodeling to do the job so they could handle everything. Ariel was really nice and helpful when he came out to measure everything. He called us with an estimate that seemed fair for all of the labor involved. We also liked that he supervised the workers who came out to do the work, too! They were careful with our belongings while working in such a small space and they did good work!”

“It had been a long time since I lived in my condo. It never really felt like home, but I was happy to get rid of it when the lease ended and put it on the market for sale. 123 Remodeling did a complete gut rehab of my high-rise condo. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience, from estimate to completion. All of the work has been very professionally done and they worked well with the building management. I love my condo. Definitely a 5-star business!”

“I had been looking for a contractor to help with my kitchen remodel for some time before I found 123 Remodeling. I was stuck between two other companies, but then someone recommended them and they came out to give me an estimate. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced so I felt more comfortable than the other companies that quoted me. The process went fairly quick even though it took us longer than expected due to our busy schedules, but we still managed to get everything done on time!”
