This modern condo kitchen renovation straddles the line between trendy and classic. Renata Malafaia, 123 Remodeling in-house interior designer, expanded the kitchen with a tall pantry and extending the countertop past the window to the far wall. She also added a custom island countertop that curves around the wall to create extra dining space. This kitchen pays tribute to the neighborhood’s charms while still looking very stylish, using contemporary and industrial elements.
