Powder Room and Guest Bathroom Renovations in Wrigleyville

Guest Bathroom: This renovation required the layout to remain but the overall space was originally covered in a very specific wallcovering and heavy bulky finishes that impeded the space, so we opted for a neutral but contrasting palette and a great vanity that would accommodate storage and keep the room feeling as open as possible. The tile choices are classic colors, but we went with some fun shapes to add in design elements, and give it some stylized pops

Powder Room: We updated this powder room by brightening up the walls and swapping some classic but stylized fixtures that would feel cohesive with the rest of the home.
