Kitchen & Mezzanine Renovation in River North Loft

Kitchen Renovation

For the kitchen area, we selected Moxie DuraSupreme cabinets in the elegant Kips Flint finish, providing both style and durability. The countertops were upgraded to Quartz Super White, which offers a sleek and contemporary look. To create a timeless backsplash, we utilized Daltile Color Wheel Classic White Subway Tiles with a beveled edge. The faucet of choice was the Kohler Simplice, known for its superior performance and design. We installed a top-quality Franke sink to complement the overall aesthetic. The hardware chosen for the cabinets was the Moxie Contemporary Metal Pull – 5632, adding a touch of modern elegance. To illuminate the space, we incorporated Lightology Innermost Chelsea Pendants, which provide both functionality and an eye-catching design element.

Mezzanine Transformation

In the guest bedroom, we created a mezzanine area that exudes contemporary charm. To maximize the natural light and create an open atmosphere, we installed black paneled glass doors by the Sliding Door Company. These doors not only enhance the visual appeal of the space but also offer a seamless transition between areas. The closet doors were also provided by the Sliding Door Company, ensuring a cohesive and stylish look throughout the room. The ladder and railing were custom-made, tailored to the specific dimensions of the loft. For lighting, we incorporated Lightology PureEdge Cirrus fixtures, known for their minimalist and sleek design. To add a touch of warmth and ambiance, we included Lightology Kuzco Lighting Pandora Wall Sconces, creating a visually pleasing and functional lighting scheme. Additionally, we installed Lightology Access Haus Wall Sconces under the loft, further enhancing the overall atmosphere of the room.
