Townhouse Renovation at Rush & Division

123 Remodeling team was tasked with renovating a 3-store townhouse at Rush & Division to create a more open, updated layout. The dated interior was completely transformed by removing restrictive half walls and columns to allow for an effortless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Vibrant tile backsplashes, bold accent walls, and elegant fixtures revitalized the space with modern transitional style. Strategic replacements like new cabinets, quartz countertops, an enlarged shower, and a freestanding tub elevated the home’s luxury. With warm wood tones, pops of deep blue color, and bright lighting throughout, the renovation achieved a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that blends timeless design with contemporary vibrancy.
