This Magnificent Mile condo remodel was a total unit gut rehab. Included were bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and bedroom renovations and new flooring installation. Flooring was replaced throughout the condo. For the bedroom, old closets were removed and redesigned. The original bedroom walls were resurfaced, doors replaced and new carpeting was installed.
