1. Free in-home consultation and estimate
After you contact us, we’ll arrange a convenient time to discuss your ideas and what needs addressing. Your project manager will show you projects we’ve completed in the Chicago area, walk you through the design-build process and answer your questions.

2. Design and concept
Once the design concepts and layout meet your standards, our architectural staff prepares the blueprints our contractors use on site. Careful attention to detail keeps the project up to code and structurally sound.
This is when you select the products and finishes for your project. We have trade relationships with many of Chicago’s most popular suppliers and can offer discounts of up to 40% on many items, from tile to cabinets.

We obtain all the permits you need, and construction begins shortly after they’re issued. Your project manager oversees all activity on the project, meeting with you before construction starts and often along the way to answer questions and share progress.
We know construction can interrupt your daily routine, so we take every measure to be as unobtrusive and respectful of your home as possible.

4. Final walkthrough
As construction nears completion, your project manager takes you on a final walkthrough to answer any questions and resolve any concerns before we finish the project.

Can you provide a cost estimate for my project?
Yes, and it’s free. We’ll visit your home to measure your space and discuss your needs and budget. Shortly after, you’ll receive an estimate with budget ranges for each stage of your renovation, and we’ll guide you on costs as you select and purchase materials.
Do you provide standalone interior design services?
Our in-house interior designers are also project managers, and we offer a full design-build process that includes both interior design and construction. If you’d like to bring your own interior designer, we can work with them.
What does your design fee cover?
The design fee covers the plans and renderings our staff prepares for your project, with unlimited design revisions until you’re happy with the result. It’s included in your final contract total, so it isn’t an added expense. Once the design is final, we move on to the next steps: material selection, shopping, permits and, finally, construction.
