123 Remodeling team converted a former dentist’s office in Chicago’s West Loop into a luxurious residential loft. The project presented numerous challenges, including zoning changes, plumbing installation through a thick concrete slab, and designing around existing structural elements. Our designer created a cohesive layout that maximized the space and incorporated the raw character of the building while updating it for luxury living.
