On this project 123 Remodeling was called upon to complete several different projects for this building. Roof replacement was needed for certain spots of the  building, do to the fact that there where several leaking issues causing water damage to the third floor. Water damage  was developing in along the walls and ceiling of the building due to the water damage that the building was inflicted on. As for the roof, it was repaired in silver coating, and aluminum flashing as constructed all around it.
