This bathroom was outdated and far from code-compliant. So we put in some elegant finishes, a brand new shower, and fixed up the problem areas to create something lovely and durable.
What We Did
Frame new custom walk-in shower with built-in niche and bench. Pitch shower floor and drain up to code, and install waterproof rubber membrane.
The floor and shower walls are marble-look ceramic by Marazzi, for an elegant style with great durability.
Repair vent pipes according to building code.
New vanity, toilet, plumbing, lights, and hardware.
Custom Waypoint vanity with an ivory linen finish, counter is marble-look Calacatta Laza quartz, and all plumbing fixtures and hardware are oil-rubbed bronze from Kholer.
Light fixture from Kichler Lighting’s Currituck Collection.
The bifold door matches those used for the closet in the master bathroom.
Here’s the last piece of our Harbor House condo gut, the master bathroom. The shower is full of marble-look tile that matches the countertop, custom glass doors, and 3 angled vanity mirrors.
