Classic Black & White Bathroom Remodel in Lake View Lofts
In this bathroom, we replaced all of the tile with black and white hexagon mosaic and white subway. All of the fixtures have cleaner lines, from the pedestal sink and lighting, to the new walk in shower which replaced the tub. Floating shelves (including a glass one in the shower) provide storage without cluttering this small space. The final bathroom is minimalist without being boring, simple, clean, and roomier than expected.

Our Lakeview Condo Renovation project at Irving Park had a big challenge in a small amount of space. The 800 square foot unit had a gut removal and complete condo remodel: kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and flooring.
Bathroom Remodel in Lake View West
In this Lake View bathroom, we kept the floorplan and not much else. The main feature is the custom walk-in shower, with beveled white subway tiles, corner bench, and framed niche. There are a luxurious 3 showerheads: standard, rainfall, and handheld. With smooth curves and a modern brushed nickel finish, the shower fixtures are environmentally conscious and ADA compliant.
