Tucked away in Chicago’s captivating Old Town neighborhood, is a residential area called Sandburg Village, where a beautiful set of twin condominiums-the Bryant and Alcott Houses-offer 28 stories (each) of spacious homes with stunning views. These historic buildings were completed in 1963 and were converted to condos during the “condomania” boom of the 1970s. Today, these quality condo homes offer a comprehensive set of individual, building and community amenities that keep life comfortable and convenient.
Units inside the Bryant House include both studio layouts and one and two-bedroom layouts, all with one bathroom. Several of these have been fully restored and updated with top-of-the-line features and amenities, including custom cabinetry in the kitchen, Hollywood-style vanity lights in the bathroom and new appliances. All units include a private balcony and oversized windows that offer unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and downtown.
