On this project 123 Remodeling was called upon to complete several different projects for this building. Roof replacement was needed for certain spots of the building, do to the fact that there where several leaking issues causing water damage to the third floor. Water damage was developing in along the walls and ceiling of the building due to the water damage that the building was inflicted on. As for the roof, it was repaired in silver coating, and aluminum flashing as constructed all around it. 123 Remodeling recently completed this bathroom renovation project at the Gleenwood Ave location. We changed the tub, installed new subway tile and plumbing. We put a new rain shower head. We also installed new tub filler. New custom shower control valve. We installed a new custom granite vanity, square vessel sink with a water fall facet. We updated the bathroom giving it more of a contemporary look. Please click her for additional images.

For this project the walls of the 1425 W. Racher Ave, suffered from Water damage and Mold. Demolition and and dismissal of all mold infected surfaces took place. Mold test were also done to assure no mold still existed. We installed a water proof membrane on the inner side of the walls. We Reconstructed all wood work, drywall and baseboard. We painted painted patched and sanded the walls. And out side of the home we did tuckpointing, masonry work. Please click here to view additional Photos.   |
123 Remodeling completed this kitchen remodeling project which included demolition of the existing kitchen and floor, design of a new modern kitchen, reconfiguration of plumbing in kitchen, installation of new ceramic floor, installation of new maple custom cabinets, installation of new granite counter top, new sink and faucet, new appliances and finishes including prime and painting. The new kitchen came together beautifully and the job was completed in a timely manner. Mrs. Mills was kind enough to allow us to show her project online.
