This brand new bathroom in Evanston was transformed into a completely new room. The tile on the flooring had been replaced, the shower underwent a major upgrade with a rainshower shower head a hand shower head, beautiful new tile walls and shower base, and a brand new no hinge glass shower door. The existing vanity was replaced with a modern bowl shape mounted to a glass table equipt with storage below. A brand new low-flow, dual flush toilet was also installed. This Rogers Park bathroom was completely remodeled. The entire room was stripped down to the framing, new moisture resistant greenboard was installed and painted. New tile was installed on the flooring and in the shower. A brand new sink, mirror and matching cabinet were installed also. Please view additional photos. |
This Lake Zurich fence was installed to secure an area of land behind a bowling alley that provides access to the buildings utilities. Post holes are dug 8" wide and 30" deep at the corners of the fence and a line is streched from each edge to line up the center posts perfectly. The posts are set with a mixture of cement, sand, and gravel. Once the posts are set, the chain was unrolled on the ground along the outside of the fence, a tension bar is slid through the first row of chain-link. The fittings are added and post caps are added to the terminal posts and top rail. The material is stretched along the top and securly fastened. Please view additional photos.

This shower sauna in Chicago has been fitted with beautiful dark, natural colored tile with a very unique light vertical accent tile inlay. The same accent tile has been installed on the L-shaped shower bench and overhang. The shower door has been replace by modern frameless tempered glass door and a television moniter has also been installed above a new ultra modern sink. Please view additional photos. |
