The services of 123 Remodeling have been acquired to complete the rehab of this property. we completely transformed the property including internal and external renovations to all units in this complex. From new bathroom's, new kitchens and new floors. We succeeded in renovating this old building into a new modern style complex with all the modern amenities. 1729 N. Fairfield Chicago, IL123 Remodeling completed the rehab of this property located on the north side of Chicago. We preformed a complete transformation of the property including internal and external renovations to all units in this complex. We have updated pictures and information about this project as it became available. All four units in this building were first gutted than reframed. We salvaged 2 of the kitchens but the other 2 needed to be replaced. The bathrooms were transformed to modern units including new toilets, vanities and large shower heads. Washers and dryers where installed in all units. Wood floors were installed throughout the kitchens and living areas and carpet in the bedrooms of three of the four floors. In the garden unit we installed a drain tile system and sum pump system to avoid any water damage problems and then put down tile throughout the whole unit. Mrs. Hudson called 123 Remodeling to complete a gut / rehab home improvement project at her 4 unit building located at 3125 W. 5th Ave. in Chicago. The project included an extensive demolition of the inner workings of the property. After demolition 123 Remodeling proceeded to reconstruct the floor by first removing the vinyl floor and under floor than leveling the under floor and installing a beautiful new hardwood floor including finishing's such as sanding, stain and varnish. After the floors, plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC and sewer system were reconstructed to the design needed to accommodate the new build out of the units we proceeded with the inner rooms including kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. Many home owners would of had to deal with multiple companies to complete a project of this caliber but by choosing 123 Remodeling Mrs. Hudson was able to do business with only one construction company and get the quality results that she expected. From past experience we have learned that dealing with one contractor is easier as we take responsibility for the whole project and coordinate our staff as needed to minimize expenses and maximize productivity saving you money and completing your project in a timely manner.
