We just received one of the BBB's highest award for excellence of 2009. It is there "Complaint Free Award" which also requires positive feedback throughout the year from satisfied customers. This award is not usually given out in the Construction or Remodeling field because even a miner compliant makes a company ineligible for this honor. Do to our hard work and continued pursuit of excellence we have broken through the mold that says that all contractor companies have issues with customers within a year's period of time and that a minimum amount of complaints can not be helped, it's just the industry. Attached are the documents which support our claim to strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction do to our quality of work and continued commitment to the highest level of customer service.
